Hi, I am a Berlin-based artist, curator, researcher and lecturer. My practice moves between artistic research, curatorial work and academic inquiry, with a particular interest in how images, materials, language and places produce knowledge. My research has long focused on transcultural and social questions, as well as on the historical and contemporary relationships between image, language and writing.

In my artistic practice, I translate these concerns into site-specific and process-based investigations. My projects have taken me to China, Mozambique and Mongolia as well as Iceland, Faroe Islands, Norway and Svalbard.
